Presenting the Honda CX 500 ‘Roadster,’ a completely handcrafted custom bike that boasts a classic look with a sporty character, making it a master of the open road. The foundation of this masterpiece is a 1984 Honda CX500 EuroSport, featuring a central spring strut.
This custom build includes a modern cockpit with an LED headlight and a 3D-printed lamp cover. The bike also sports an open frame triangle with DNA air filters and refurbished carburetors, which have been re-jetted and glass bead blasted for optimal performance.
The original tank is paired with a significantly shortened seat, and a low-profile handlebar gives the bike a muscular, compact appearance. The rear features a YSS shock absorber and an 18” rear wheel mounted under a completely new frame with a loop design.
The seat is freshly upholstered in black leather with detailed stitching. The bike is equipped with a new Arrow Pro Race exhaust and grippy Metzeler Roadtec 01 tires, ensuring exceptional road performance.
Its striking paint job includes a metallic gray finish with the new KASPEED MOTO logo and willow green stripes. The frame is powder-coated in black, while the engine, complete with engraved emblems, and the rims are finished in a satin black.
Additional features include custom aluminum fenders, Kellermann indicators all around, a low-mounted license plate holder, and numerous other new parts.
Originally built in 1984 and revamped in 2022, this bike delivers 50 HP and has passed TÜV inspection, ensuring it is road-legal. This is a client’s vehicle, showcasing the pinnacle of custom motorcycle craftsmanship.
